On attraction of investment resources as part of active industrial policy in the Murmansk region
In the paper some ways of fish companies’ transformation in Russia and in the Murmansk region taking place nowadays and being possible in future have been described. These ways have been considered in connection to a modern structure of property forms, which had turned out as a result of Russian liberal economic reforms of the beginning of the 1990th.

Evaluation of efficiency of state and municipal projects
The paper considers problems of efficiency of state and municipal projects. The authors have analyzed the problem of evaluation of efficiency in the public sector in the context of the dilemma: on the one hand, greater transparency and accountability are required from government agencies; on the other hand, the specificity of such organizations makes it possible to measure the effectiveness only up to the certain limits and some new ways of evaluation are to be found.
